Description:

As a Project Manager in a firm focused on highly technical projects in research labs, clinical facilities you will have a leadership and ownership role on projects from inception through CA.  Since many of the firms’ projects are in highly regulated environments and involved in meticulous building renovations, you will excel in understanding both the architecture and interiors building codes such as OSHA. Along with your fluidness in code speak,  you will be expert in knowing your way around a set of documents and in writing specifications.  You will thrive in delivering projects that show you have listened to the client and delivered results that optimize their aesthetic and scientific utility.  You will collaborate with the Principals and your team members and understand the language of all internal and external stakeholders.  As noted above, your expertise will be recognized and you will be mentored and learning constantly in advancing your knowledge and your career in the firm.

Requirements:

*7-10 years of progressive experience in the project management of technically complex insitutional facilities
*Licensed architect – NCARB a plus
*Expertise in creating a set of documents
*Expertise with Revit
*Strong Building Renovation Experience
*Expertise in writing specifications
*Code expertise
*Lab planning a plus
